    Located behind the Roadside Park and picnic area is a picnic shelter and a display of panels showing how coal is formed and mining procedures. This area is furnished by" The Ohioans for Coal Promotion Inc."Across the road is
located  The Inn at Belle Valley.

     The John Gray Memorial is located at the Roadside Park on State Route 821 south of Belle Valley. Gray is also thought to be the last Revolutionary War survivor in the nation. The park is a quiet and restful place and offers sheltered picnic areas with tables. Restrooms are available.
